Where to stay in Zagreb

Zagreb offers a wide range of accommodation options, from hostels to luxury hotels and many establishments with modest but good facilities. Private rooms and flats are not so popular.

Upper Town

The Upper Town is the oldest part of Zagreb and a great choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the city’s culture. Lower Town

The Lower Town is the newest part of the city, yet it is located in the centre and is ideal for those seeking a more urban atmosphere. Maksimir

Novi Zagreb

South of the Sava River lies the new part of Zagreb, characterised by its post-war buildings. Here you will have the chance to rub shoulders with the locals.
